0Wireless Festival 2013
This year’s Wireless Festival will take place from 12th – 14th of July at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Once again, the Wireless brought on the most amazing line-up EVER with Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z headlining on all three days.
Justin Timberlake will be headlining on Friday and perform his new tracks from the “20/20 Experience”such as comeback single “Suit & Tie” and “Mirrors.” However, he will certainly also perform some of his classics as well such as “Sexy Back” and “Cry me a River.” JT’s last performance in the UK was more than 6 years ago, but he promised his fans that Wireless is not the last UK gig this year. Timberlake is also headline on Sunday together with Jay-Z. Other acts on Friday include Snoop Dogg, who is currently working on his new album “Doggumentary,” and Frank Ocean.
Saturday will be another amazing day at the Wireless with Jay-Z, Emeli Sandé and Calvin Harris heating up the stage at the Olympic Park. Calvin Harris will be performing some of his dance tracks to get the energy going before Jay-Z takes on the stage. Jay-Z left his UK fans hungry last year after touring with Kayne West to promote his “Watch the Throne” album. The Wireless Festival is certainly in for a treat!
Sunday is a special day with Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z performing together as a sneak preview of their “Legends of the Summer Arena Tour.” Even Boris Johnson commented and said: “This is a stellar line up of stars that is set to bring the house down this summer at Queen Elizabeth Park London. It proves that our fantastic Olympic park is now a destination of choice for world class musical events.” Other icon’s performing on Sunday are Rizzle Kicks and A Tribe Called Quest.
The Wireless Festival is the UK’s number one festival and the destination of the summer. Hurry and get your tickets now to see the amazing gigs of the Wireless Festival. The first two dates were sold out within minute, but here you can find your tickets for the Wireless Festival 2013.
